How to Order

There are several options for ordering the costumes. You can order online, by email, by mail, by fax or by calling us at
847-849-1885.  Please retain a copy of your original order.  Upon placing your order, you will receive a detailed confirmation by email.  Please review this confirmation and notify us immediately if any discrepancies are found or if you have any questions.

 

Discounts

For larger orders paid in full at the time of the order the following volume discounts can be applied:

 

$5,000 and over ...........................................          deduct 5%

$7,000 and over ...........................................          deduct 6%

$10,000 and over .........................................          deduct 7%

$20,000 and over .........................................          deduct 8%

$50,000 and over .........................................          deduct 10%

 

Cancellations and Changes

Cancellations and changes to your order can be made within 7 days of the order date listed on your confirmation unless the order has already been shipped.

In order to offer great quality product at great value, there is no return policy for shipped merchandise.

 

Exchanges

There will be an exchange of the purchased product only in the case of size adjustments. Тhis exchange must be requested and completed within 2 weeks of receiving the product. All exchanges must have a return authorization number (RA#), and will be subject to newly assigned shipping dates determined at the time of the exchange.

All exchanges are FREE, buyer will just pay for shipping.  Additional charges may apply in the case of exchange from a smaller size costume to a larger size.

Worn, altered or damaged product will not be accepted for an exchange. There will not be an exchange for a different style or credit.

Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

 

Payment

Online payments will be accepted through PayPal or valid credit card.

For any other payment, a minimum of 50% deposit will be required at the time of the order. Note: payment in full is recommended at the time of the order to avoid any delays when your order is ready to ship. There will be no shipment if the balance due on the order is not paid prior to the scheduled shipping date. Payment in full is requested for any order under $300.00.

Packaging

All costumes arrive in clear garment bags with hangers.
